The key service offered through the BZindia.com is the ability for you, if you want to set up a website for your business; with a website address (“domain name”) for free.

Website Creation

To create a website through www.BZindia.com, you have to sign up into our website and create account. The domain name registration, hosting service offered on the www.BZindia.com site is provided to you by us pursuant to a joint venture between Ondigit. By requesting a your business domain name through the www.BZindia.com Site, you agree to its regular terms and conditions for domain name registration.

It’s free* service for one year, You will be charged minimum fee when you obtain your business domain name through the www.BZindia.com site;

If after one year you wish to continue to have your web domain name, you will have to pay us. To smooth the progress of this renewal process, we will send the administrative contact recorded for your domain name links enabling that contact to renew the domain name registration for a further one (1) years at the retail price to be had at the time. (Its normal domain cost & hosting cost, no other charges will be asked. )

Next, your free domain name will automatically direct to the website we create through the www.BZindia.com during the same time, and the only way you can change this is by calling us on the phone number: +91 8446226848 or email change@BZindia.com

Restrictions:

Following are the some restrictions that not to:

• Use the web creation service or domain name registration service for any purpose other than to promote your business
• Ask for more than one free* domain name through the www.BZindia.com site
• Knowingly permit anyone to ask for a second domain name to promote the same business
• Sell your free domain name or the website created through the www.BZindia.com service for money or money’s worth, except in the context of selling your business as a going concern.
• You can’t transfer your domain to other hosting service provider,

Once your order is processed, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

Data protection and privacy

Any data including personal data which you entered into the www.Bzindia.com site fro registration will be secured, it will not viewed in public.

Nominate will make those details available through a publicly accessible record called a “WHOIS” record, which you can find here:http://www.registry.in/whois. If you wish at any time to update information on your site, you need to send mail to change@BZindia.com.

BZindia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or delete portion of these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Your continued use of the site you have created via BZ Site after any such changes represent your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

Withdrawal of services

If you use the the services offered through the www.BZindia.com site, in infringement of these terms and conditions, then:-

• Your free domain name
• The site that set up through the BzIndia
• Login a/c for the BZIndia.com Site, may be withdrawn from you.

BZindia may end or suspend BzIndia.com Site at any time at their sole discretion without any liability to you. This will not affect the continuation of your site.
